We make our own pizza dough daily, in a really big bowl in the kitchen. Pizza dough loses its flavor when its frozen and shipped from the Big Chain's dough factory. Our dough is made the right way, by hand with our recipe of flour, water,seasoning and olive oil. We Use The Best Sauce. If you eat all 12 months of the year, you know you cannot always buy good tomatoes. Our pizza sauce is canned only once a year, at the prime tomato harvest time. Just when the tomatoes are at peak flavor, they are combined into sauce and sealed in a can within a matter of hours, to retain that "off the vine" flavor. We use Grande whole milk mozzarella cheese. Quite simply it's the finest Italian cheese we can buy. We top each pizza with the best ingredients. . Wether its fresh vegetables, sausage from Chicago, Hormel meats, or just garlic and fresh basil, using the best ensures flavor and freshness. |
